This house is on the same estate as number 14 but instead of being in the centre of the estate it is in a small cul-de-sac with only 2 other houses.
This house has a pretty rear garden and also a private patio at the front. The patio (50 square mtrs.) opens onto the garage area, which allows the garage area to be used for outdoor eating if it is too hot or the weather is inclement.
Although the overall dimensions of the houses are the same at 95 square metres the layout is very different but is just as bright and airy as the first house.
Upstairs are two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a king-size bed. There is a smaller bedroom with two single beds and also a full bathroom on this level.
On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with TV, Hi-Fi, DVD Player. This lounge has a pull out bed if more sleeping capacity is required. There are French windows leading to the patio at the front and a door leading to the garden area at the rear. The house is equipped with Satellite Television
The very large kitchen—dining area is very well laid out with all facilities. French windows open from the dining area onto the rear garden area.
There is also a toilet in an area off the dining room.
All beds are equipped with summer weight duvets.
The rear garden area (75sq mtrs.) has a table and chairs and is shaded from the mid-day sun, making it a very pleasant area to sit.
The front patio area has a large table and chairs for 8 people, so dining al-fresco is possible every night of your stay. The patio also has two sun beds so you can relax and enjoy that book that you always wanted to read.
The rear garden is a tranquil haven to sit and enjoy a morning coffee before you decide the rest of your day or just sit in the shade and relax
So lie back and enjoy yourself.
