14 Les Patios De Ramuntcho, La Palmyre

 

This villa is situated in a small residential development of just 30 houses, near the centre of La Palmyre.

 

The estate is protected by security barriers at each end and has no through traffic.

 

There are ample outdoor areas for children to  play safely.

 

The house is 650 metres from a large, sandy beach, 150 metres from the supermarkets and there are 15 restaurants within walking distance.

 

The house has two large bedrooms upstairs, with a toilet and bathroom on the same level.  One bedroom is equipped with a double bed while the other bedroom has two single beds. The washing machine for the property is situated in the upstairs bathroom which also has a full sized bath/shower and wash basin.

 

The ground floor has another bedroom, complete with a king sized bed,  and an en-suite shower and wash basin. A large lounge area has ample seating and also TV/Video/HiFi. The dining and kitchen areas  are fully equipped and there is a toilet just beside the main entrance. From the lounge area French doors lead onto the patio.

 

The house is equipped with Satellite Television

 

All beds are equipped with summer weight duvets.

 

Outside in the totally private patio there is a garden table and chairs for 8 people along with two sunbeds. The patio has a pretty flowerbed planted with seasonal local flowers.

 

There is a garage attached to the property which can be used for outdoor eating if the sun is too hot. It is provided with lighting and electricity and opens onto the patio.

 

The internal area of the house is 95 Square metres. It was built to our specifications in 2001.

 

It has full central heating and a high level of insulation, so it is cool in summer and warm in winter. The whole house is very light and airy.

 

We recommend the house for families of up to 6 persons although there is a pull out bed which would allow up to 8 persons to stay in the house
