With our houses in Charente Maritime only the following items are included in the price:

 

· Rental price for your stated period

· The cost of electricity for all purposes, cooking, heating etc.

· The cost of water

· The local taxes (Taxe de Sejour etc.)

· All bed linen for your party

· All Towels for your party (except beach towels)

· Each house is equipped with 12 complete place settings of cups, plates, cutlery, etc

· Each house is equipped with a microwave, a full oven, cooker hob, deep freeze, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine.

· Cots and high chairs (IF REQUIRED)

· Hi-fi, DVD Player, Television, VCR Player

· Hairdryer

· Vacuum cleaner

· Steam Iron and ironing table

· Current tourism information for our region

· Full operating instructions in English and French  for all equipment

· Telephone—for use with F T   Telephone card and any incoming calls

 

To get you started we will leave you

 

· Basic cleaning materials

· Dishwasher tablets and dishwasher salt

· Tea, milk and coffee .. For at least a few cups

· Bottled water

· Local wine

· Bread

· Fruit

 

We do not give you

 

· Maid/cleaning services

 

Our apartment in Saint Lary Soulan is as above except it does not have

 

Telephone— Deep freeze— VCR Player/DVD Player– Full oven (small oven only)- cot/high chair—fresh fruit/bread on arrival

 

Bicycles

 

We can, on request arrange to have bicycles available when you arrive

This is in arrangement with a local cycle hire shop. Unfortunately they will give no discounts BUT they will deliver your chosen bicycle to the property in time for your arrival. Full details of the hire company can be found on www.cyclotrott.com
