We are a small company with two private villas in La Palmyre and a house with a nice swimming pool situated in the nearby village of Etaules.

 

 

The three properties are situated on the Presqu’isle d’Arvert (Arvert Peninsula) on the west coast of Charente Maritime.

 

 

The houses are regularly inspected by the regional tourism authority and the two villas in La Palmyre have each been awarded a 4 star category and the house in Etaules has been awarded 5 stars.

 

 

The houses are equipped to modern high standards with every amenity.

 

 

The local area has a very mild climate and has virtually the same amount of sunshine as  the South of France.

 

 

It is a very exciting area to visit, especially in summer, when festivals abound, the weather is fabulous and eating out in the many restaurants takes the strain out of family cooking during your holiday.

 

 

We also have an apartment available for rent in the Midi– Pyrenees region of France. This is an area of outstanding natural beauty and has some outstanding walks in summer as well as being a main ski—resort in Winter.

 

 

We have been operating for ten years now and are continually upgrading the standards of our properties. We think they are among the best properties available in our region
